Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The product should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must include all original tags, accessories, and invoices.

Note:
Certain items such as innerwear, beauty products, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and customization reasons.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@nexashophub.online within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images if applicable.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.


3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, or Wallet).

4. Exchange Policy

  • You can request an exchange for a different size or color (if available).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund after verification.
