1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The product should be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must include all original tags, accessories, and invoices.
Note:
Certain items such as innerwear, beauty products, or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange for hygiene and customization reasons.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@nexashophub.online within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and attach product images if applicable.
- Once approved, our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method (Credit/Debit card, UPI, or Wallet).
4. Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange for a different size or color (if available).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- In case the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund after verification.
